This could be as digital files or as prints.<\/li>\n<li>If you visit my website, Cookies placed on there may track your behavior anonymously via Google Analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The lawful basis for processing your data<\/strong><\/P><\/p>\n<p>The lawful basis under which I collect and process your data is to enter a contract with you, in order to deliver the services you are booking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do I use your data for<\/strong><\/P><\/p>\n<p>I use your data for the following purpose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To create and enter into a contract with you.<\/li>\n<li>To communicate with you regarding your booking.<\/li>\n<li>To deliver final products back to you.<\/li>\n<li>In the rare unexpected event of breach of contract, I may use your details to seek legal advise.<\/li>\n<li>To invoice you.<\/li>\n<li>To run and manage my business.<\/li>\n<li>I use cookies on my website to understand how visitor navigate the site, so I can review and improve the site design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long do I store data for<\/strong><\/P><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I store your data for minimum as long as is required for my accounting and tax purpose. I may store your details beyond this time, to make future bookings easier.<\/li>\n<li>I store your images for the time it takes to process and deliver back your final order. After your final order has been delivered and invoice settled, I will archive your images.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I ever share your data with anyone<\/strong><\/P><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I will never share your details with any third parties.<\/li>\n<li>I will only use your images in my marketing if you have specifically consented to me doing so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The rights to your data<\/strong><\/P><\/p>\n<p>You have various legal rights to your data, such as access to it.
