NATURAL MATERNITY PICTURES

I am all about getting mum’s into the picture, and the first step that I personally missed out on, was not being photographed during either of the pregnancies, which was why I started hosting a charity “Bump Hour” event (maximum of 10 spaces per event).
As a Leicestershire, Northamptonshire or Rutland based mum-to-be, you can pop along and have some lovely images of your bump! We simply ask for a £20 donation to the local Home Start Team, who do incredible support work with new local mums.
When and where?
Morning slots are outside in Stoke Albany, evening slots are in the studio in Market Harborough.
What’s included
You will get small screen ready digital files of your images, perfect for social media and for your phone. If you wish to puchase the large files and/or print you are welcome to do so (from £25), but there is absolutely no pressure. You get a link to your gallery and I will never “sell” to you.

Wait, why is this on offer?
Maternity pictures were the first season I missed out on photographing as a mum. I was the one who felt chunky and not like my old body so I avoided the camera – ohh how I regret that! So now I try to encourage mums to come forward for at least a small keep sake.
Secondly, I had birth trauma counselling from the local Home Start team many moons ago now, but that’s why I’ve been fundraising for them for years – a way to give back.
And you have all helped raise thousands of pounds for them!
How does the donation work?
I pass the donation to the local Home Start team, I don’t take a penny from that!
Can you even do good pictures so quickly?
Yes, absolutely! Everyone gets a lovely little set of great images! You will be mighty surprised what I can do in 15minutes!
Can we bring siblings?
Yes of course! I want you to bring siblings, they make for the best pictures. The short sessions it’s great for toddlers too, they don’t even get bored.
What about the weather?
If it rains for the outside sessions we can move you to an evening slot in the studio.
I don't know what to wear!
Please don’t stress about this part, I’m entirely here to help! I’ll send you a session guide but you can also email me ideas and I can help you choose.
I don't want my images to be used online
That’s totally ok, in that case I invite you to book a full maternity session instead, that is entirely private. For the Bump Hour sessions I do ask that I can use at least some of your images. If you are wearing lingerie ins ome of your images of course I will understand that those are private, we can agree on others for me to use!
