Less posed and more pure baby – the Natural Newborn sessions are by far my most popular for newborn photography. Maybe we all crave things to feel more real and nurturing right now?

Everything comes in cycles, and after a looooong stretch of putting babies in baskets, buckets and aeroplanes we have finally arrived at a time where that isn’t so popular – yay to that!

If you are unsure, go and ask anyone with older children if they long to see more pictures of their babies being all authentic and newborn, or more images of them posed and heavily photoshopped…
I wish of all my heart that I had more natural newborn pictures of our boys and I particularly wish there were some pictures of me with the boys as newborns 😊

Keep sake film

At the moment all my newborn sessions include a Keep Sake film from your session – this is really pure gold as the years go on. Who else will capture you and your baby for you in these super early days?

No one needs to endure 3-4 hours in a hot studio trying to get a baby to sleep so we can fold them into a bucket, the Natural Newborn sessions are an hour and a half, and we just go with whatever the baby wants to do. If the baby is asleep we will do sleeping pictures and if the baby is awake you will get lovely awake pictures.

The session is all inclusive, so all the image I will show in your gallery are yours to keep.

Your gallery will be a mix of baby alone and family pictures. I will always include details and little moments too.
